Make a withdrawal

Login to your account, Click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount to withdraw, and select the Payment Account you wish to withdraw back to using the drop-down menu. Your withdrawal request is automatically processed and can be found in your profile on the Financial tab.

TNM MPAMBA - How to withdraw

Login to your Login to your Premier Bet account
Click on WITHDRAW from the drop-down on the top right-hand side
Enter the amount to withdraw and select the TNM Mpamba option from the Payment Account drop-down menu.

Click on WITHDRAW then PROCEED PAYMENT.

Your withdrawal request is automatically processed and you will be able to see the transaction successfully proceed via your account in the Financial tab. Funds will then be deducted from your balance and credited to your TNM Mpamba wallet.

Please note that if you have not deposited via TNM Mpamba mobile money you must first withdraw the amount deposited via Voucher before the option will become available.

The minimum withdrawal is 1,000 MWK and the maximum withdrawal is 150,000 MWK
 
 

Airtel Mobile Money - How to withdraw

Login to your Login to your Premier Bet account
Click on WITHDRAW from the drop-down on the top right-hand side
Enter the amount to withdraw and select the Airtel option from the Payment Account drop-down menu.

Click on WITHDRAW then PROCEED PAYMENT.

Your withdrawal request is automatically processed and you will be able to see the transaction successfully proceed via your account in the Financial tab. Funds will then be deducted from your balance and credited to your  Airtel account.

Please note that if you have not deposited via Airtel mobile money you must first withdraw the amount deposited via Voucher before the option will become available.

The minimum withdrawal is 1,000 MWK and the maximum withdrawal is 150,000 MWK
 
 

voucher: how to withdraw

Log in to your Premier Bet account, click on WITHDRAW, enter the amount to withdraw, and select the Voucher option. 

Click on WITHDRAW then PROCEED PAYMENT. 

Your withdrawal request is automatically processed, your Voucher code can be found on the My Profile/Financial page. You will need to show the Voucher code in one of our Premier Bet agencies/kiosks to receive the cash. 

Once generated a withdrawal voucher code has to be used within 7 days, you will not be able to get your funds after 7 days have passed.
 
 

Withdrawal declined

Withdrawal requests can be declined if our T&Cs are not met. Please ensure you have met the following criteria:
  • Place only one withdrawal request for the full amount
  • Bonus conditions have been met: You have to complete the wagering requirements of bonuses you receive before being allowed to withdraw.
  • No bet placed with the last deposit: We are not a bank and all (100%) funds deposited have to be played through
Customers not respecting our conditions on several occasions will see their account permanently closed, funds remaining in the account will be lost and the customer could face further penalties.
